This engagement was the world premiere of this Disney live action feature, a golf drama based on the true story of the 1913 US Open, where 20-year-old Francis Ouimet (Shia LaBeouf) defeated reigning champion Harry Vardon of Great Britain. Directed by Bill Paxton. The real Francis Ouimet has no relation to the President of Disneyland Matt Ouimet.
