This is from pin set 41876, celebrating the Mickey Mouse Club's 50th Anniversary.
This black-metal pin shows Mickey dressed in a band uniform, on a white background in the center of a red circle. He is holding a trombone in his left hand and waving with his right. "THURSDAY" appears across the top of the pin in white letters, and "CIRCUS DAY" is on the bottom, in the polished metal of the pin.
