This real cloisonne pin is very close to #8250. The ascot and beret are blue, the shirt and megaphone are yellow. I assume this was also handed out at trade shows. Mickey is leaning against the bullhorn and stands atop the Disney Channel logo that has the mouse ears icon in it.
