PP42318    Disney Gallery - Mickey Mouse Comics Framed Set - 1932 (Pluto Silenced)

Front Description

Pluto doesn't understand why Mickey silenced him as he tried to sing along with Mickey's flute playing and Minnie's piano playing. This is one of five black and white cloisonne pins in a framed set (#21279) incorporating the pins within the Mickey Mouse Sunday comic strip from December 25, 1932.

Pluto, facing left, sits with a sad look on his face. His mouth has been tied shut with rags and a pair of earmuffs have been placed over his ears so he can't ear the music and start "singing" along. It is totally a black and white pin, as if an artist drew the scene and then placed it directly on a pin. In this case, the pin has grey shading as well.

The pin is just under just under 1" (2.3 cm) wide and 1 1/8" (2.9 cm) tall. Pin is still in the frame so I can't tell you what's on the back.
