Front Description
This pins is another variation on (#3357) and (#40565). The variations are: Mickey's nose (more white than black), Mickey's tie (this one is yellow, the others are red), Mickey's pants (see the gray shadow that has been added), and the background gray color is darker.
It comes on a black & gray card, that says "Bravo, Bravo, for bringing SHOW BIZ to our guests everyday."
Mickey Mouse has his left hand raised, megaphone under right arm, red beret, and jacket standing atop "On With the Show." The Disney-MGM Studios logo is on the bottom of the pin.
This pin is given to Cast Members after they have completed their Disney-MGM Studios Park Orientation called "On With The Show." The program is designed to familiarize new Cast Members to the Disney-MGM Studios family with the park, its heritage, and its history.
