This item was never for sale. It is a Disneyland Cast Member "Little Monsters On Main Street" GHOST event name tag/badge from 1996.
For many years, Disneyland sponsors a wonderful Cast Member / family / Guest event during the Halloween season: "Little Monsters On Main Street." CMs, their families and guests attend this event where everyone dresses up for Halloween. Little kids are given goodies and magical surprises take place all over Main Street USA.
People planning on attending could order personalized name tags (this had to be done before the event). Once the deadline was reached, no more name tags are issued. A different Disney character or event is one the tag each years.
This particular name tag was issued to volunteers / Cast Members in 1996 only...as the story goes, men were only issued "GHOST" name tags and women were issued only name tags with "GHOSTESS" on it.
The top of this tag features Huey, Louie and Dewey riding a turtle from the final season of the Main Street Electrical Light Parade. Colors are light grey and purple. It has reflective purple in the design. The bottom reads, "was a Little Monster On Main Street."
The pin has a straight pin backer on its reverse.
