This is Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story standing and waving.

 

The back has simply "Disney" on it.

 

It looks very similar to pin 843 and 36738 except his helmet has more detail (the appearance of sheen is drawn on) and his legs have bolts. He is also similar to Pin 35609 but this Buzz has the typical pin back, not a clasp.
