This is off a hat. I believe it is from the parks. It shows Pete in western garb (black hat of course) with a bag of money (obviously stolen!) in each hand.
This pin is from a hat purchased at the Magic Kingdom in Frontierland. The hat has a "Badlands" background and included pin #96566.
