Front Description
Mickey State - Mickus Mousum Universitatum. This is a pennant shaped pin, that I believe represents Disney University. This small triangle cloisonné pin is primarily red in color with gold metal background. The pin measures ¾ inches wide by 1 ¼ inches long. Closest to the tip of the pennant are the words:
MICKEY
STATE
The other side of the pennant has the logo for Mickey State. This logo is circular. The outer ring has the words (at the top): MICKUS MOUSUM [at the bottom] UNIVERSITATUM
The inner circle is dissected in half with Mickey Mouse’s head in the top half (which is yellow). Below Mickey’s head is a castle spire to the left and trademarked Mickey ears.
Another member adds:
"This pin is not associated with Disney University. It was probably aimed at the college age, or college-bound crowd. There is another similar pin #1559."
