This is one of five pins from the "Little Monsters on Main Street" set (#4189) issued for Halloween 1994. The pin background is a very dark blue circle with gold border.

 

Over it is one of Donald Duck's nephews (Huey, Dewey or Louie), left facing forward, dressed as a devil or demon and holding a red pitchfork in his left hand. His right hand is on his hip. He wears a red shirt with red cape and red hat with devil horns. Behind him to the right and near the top of the pin is a yellow-orange moon with a silhouette of a witch in black, facing right and flying on a broomstick.

 

The pin measures 1 1/4" (32 mm) diameter. The back is stamped "© DISNEY" with an extremely tiny "Taiwan" beneath it.
