This open edition lanyard medallion released at both the Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts commemorates 2006 year.

 

The 0 has Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, Minnie Mouse and Pluto with Mickey Mouse black ears on the top. The 6 has Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy with Goofy's green hat on the top and Donald Duck's blue hat on the side.
