Front Description
This is original Walt Disney World 1st anniversary pin released October 1972 to Cast Members. The plastic birthday commemorative is white with gold print (not black as the picture shows). Within a large "D" is a Mickey Mouse head with the ears filled in but the head portion hollow except for a large "1" in the middle. At the top is reads, "FIRST ANNIVERSARY" and at the bottom, "OCT. 1972."
The pin measures 1 1/2" (38 mm) diameter.
The backstamp of this button has "(c) Walt Disney Productions" in all caps twice, in the form of a cross - the two line intersect at the "y."
