Not a Disney Pin, but it goes with a Disney Pin (#43823). From what I was told, this pin is available as a gift with $100 purchase at the Disneyland kiosk at the South Coast Plaza Mall in Costa Mesa, CA. It fits together with pin 43823. I was told that it is LE 3,000 although it is not stamped with anything other than "South Coast Plaza, The Ultimate Shopping Resort, China".
