This is the pin that was given out at the 1999 Goofy's Studio Mystery Tour event at the Disney-MGM Studios. Under Goofy in his Sherlock Holmes outfit, the pin says "Get a clue!" Behind Goofy are the silhouettes of some of the Disney-MGM Studios' buildings. This is a thin brass pin with a printed image under an epoxy coating (which has yellowed with age.)
