1) Stitch playing the ukulele.

2) Sitting drinking from a coconut.

3) Standing, hands on hips with green grass hula skirt and green leaf crown.

4) Standing, ears down with pineapple and a straw hat.

The lanyard medal/medallion/metal is Stitch bending down. The doll is created by Marie Osmond.
