Front Description
It appears that Chip has gotten hit with a multi-colored heart shaped arrow in the foot. Chip is wearing a necklace made of the arrow tips and has collected a whole bag full. Each of Chip's wings is attached separately to the back of the pin by a single post with no movement limiter, so the wing looks like it can flap, although spinning it around will probably cause it to come off.
