This box has been released by the Disney Movie Club. It is the fourth box released by the club. You had to buy a regular price movie to get the box for $9.95 and be a VIP member of the club.

 

It is a dark rose colored box, with a brass name plate on the top. The brass plate says "Disney Movie Club Collector's Pins"

 

The pic is from the order form. And all you get is the box, not the pins.
