Same as PinPics # 10585, only black. From the Netherlands? Looks like an old pin. Minnie is holding a purse. Back of pin says (C) WALT DISNEY PR. Probably said WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS, but when the stick pin was put on, the word PRODUCTIONS was obscured.
