This is the silver prototype for pin #29625.
Commemorating Mickey Mouse as the Emperor Topolino (as he is known in Italy), this silver-finished medallion-style pin is one in a series featuring our favorite Disney characters as citizens of the Roman Empire. (Note: "SPQR" is an acronym for Senatus Populusque Romanus, the official monogram of the Roman Republic, which is translated as "the Senate and People of Rome.") It's a Disney Auctions exclusive that preceded a limited edition of 500 fixed-price pins.
