This is a Disney Institute Nametag (Name badge). It is a little bit longer than most cast namebadges. It is a long white rectangle, with the Disney Institute logo on the left. The word Disney is in a purplish color and the word Institute is in blue. Each of the 3 letter 'T' look like people with their arms up. There is a small c (copyright) Disney in the lower left corner as well.
