This looks to be converted from a plaque - Has the 100 Mickeys logo 100 in the 4 corners of the frame around Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey posed very similar to Pin # 14809 but this pose is set within a white enamel border with a bronze frame.

 

Size 2 2/14 in wide by 2 1/2 tall.
