As her alter-ego, the Dragon, encircles the castle and scorches the earth around it, the evil fairy Maleficent towers above the scene and revels in her dark powers on this evocative trio of artist's-proof pins in gold, silver and black metal finishes, which preceded a limited edition of 100 gold-finished pins inspired by Walt Disney's 1959 animated feature Sleeping Beauty.
Developed exclusively by Disney Auctions, only one of these artist's-proof pin sets was produced. Each pin bears a special "AP" mark on the back and came with a COA.
