This is a Dick Tracy movie logo pin. It looks very similar to Pin 3692, except for all the crystals on it. It has a brooch pin back that is approximately 1 3/8 incles long and also has a 3/8 inch hoop on the back so it might be worn as a pendant.

 

Size is approximately 1 5/8 inches in diameter
