Goofy looks like he's found one of the secrets of pin trading on this pin, one of three pins in a boxed set (#30831) released in 2004 as part of the Adventures in Pin Trading event held at Animal Kingdom.

 

Goofy, sitting forward with legs drawn up to hold a large brown book, looks downward into the book, pointing at something on the pages. He is dressed in a brown safari outfit, complete with pith helmet (hat) with dark green band across it, black pants and dark brown shoes.

 

Goofy measures 2 1/8" (55 mm) wide by 2" (49 mm) tall. The reverse has the 2004 Official Pin Trading logo, the Adventures in Pin Trading logo, "LIMITED TO 300, © DISNEY, MADE IN CHINA."
