This is the same as #36683: WDW - Valentine's Day 2005 (Lilo and Stitch) except that it has the AP mark in the c Disney Made in China box.

This Limited Edition pin-on-pin features Stitch giving Lilo a hug as she opens a box of chocolates. This pin celebrates Valentine's Day 2005 at Walt Disney World® Resort. There is a large pink heart in the background with smaller pink and red hearts on either side. Lilo's dress is green. Stitch's eyes are closed. Lilo is holding the top of the candy box which says "Happy Valentine's Day 2005."
