This pin had a release plan from M&P in 2001. It was supposed to be LE 2800. However, a production cost of the pin grew too big and the sale plan was canceled. There are only two on this pin.
It is spinner pin designed for the birthday memories of Mickey Mouse. Also features Minnie, Donald and Daisy Duck, Goofy, and Pluto.
