"Children's festival 2006" released from Japan DS. The Children's Festival (or Boy's festival) of Japan, "Tango-no-Sekku". For the month of May, Japanese families pray for their young male family member's happiness and health growing up.

 

Mickey is dressed up "kabuto" (as the warrior's helmet) and "Yoroi" (as warrior's armor) a Samurai's traditional costume. At right side of this pin, you can find Flag with Japanese letters. The letters mean "Tango-no-Sekku". Also, around Mickey, you can find violet flowers, they are "Shoubu" or Iris. It was believed the "Shoubu" protect someone from plagues from many years ago in Japan.
