From the Disneyana Convention held at WDW in September 1993. It's large, round and red with Bandleader Mickey. Mickey Mouse is in his Band Concert uniform to the left of the pin with the words "OFFICIAL DISNEYANA CONVENTION" in gold along the top and '93. This is the Cast Member security pin from the 1993 Official Disneyana Convention. The theme of that convention was "Band Leader" Mickey.
