This Limited Edition recognition pin was presented to Cast Members working at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The pin features Mickey and Minnie and commemorates Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge's 5th Anniversary on April 16, 2006.
Mickey and Minnie Mouse are standing in front the the AK Lodge wearing safari outfits. Mickey is holding binoculars and Minnie is holding a compass. The pin says on the front "Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge 5th Anniversary / You Keep the Spirit of Africa Alive / Cast Exclusive".
The back states "Limited Edition 1500 / China" and has the 2006 pin trading backstamp.
This pin is not available for sale and was only given to Cast Members as a form of recognition.
