Disney Design Group Quentin Clark has titled this pin "Ice Cream Ear Hat." The pin has the overall Mickey Mouse Ears shape made to look like the top of a Mickey Mouse ice cream treat, with a bite out of one ear. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are featured as a pin-on-pin enjoying their ice cream treats.
