The file folder is hinged and opens to show the Disney's Pin Celebration 2006 logo and other "top-secret" information. Also featured are Roger Rabbit and Benny the Cab. "Tell them: Walt Sent Me". There is a INK 'n' PAINT stamp with a waiter Penguin on the upper right corner of the inside of this pin.
