PP47236    WDW - Peter Pan and Tinker Bell - It All Started With Walt - Animation

Front Description

In September 2006, Walt Disney World hosted a pin event at Epcot. The theme of this event was “It All Started with Walt” and featured a series of pins honoring Disney films, theme parks and characters. 
Peter Pan and Tinker Bell are off to Neverland as they fly high above Captain Hook's golden ship. Released in 1953, Walt Disney planned as early as 1935 to make this film. It was not until 1949 that production on the film actually began. This Limited Edition pin features Tinker Bell as a pin-on-pin, and the event logo is a dangle. This pin will measure approximately 1.85" wide by 2" tall. Tinker Bell has stained glass wings.

 

This pin was designed by Disney Design Group artist Alex Maher.
