This pin shows the head of Perdita, the mother of the 101 Dalmatians. She's wearing a blue collar around her neck. She's looking to the left.

 

I think the pin is from the mid 90s but I'm not sure.

 

The pin is silver based, rather thick, the back is not very sharp and written on the back is: (c) Disney.
