Front Description

A Naked Woman Riding a Goat is one of the damned souls called forth by Chernabog, the slavic god of evil, in the eight-pin framed set (#26382) created for the Disney Gallery to commemorate the "Night on Bald Mountain" segment of Fantasia.

 

This is an intricately cut and detailed pin. The tortured Woman, facing left, grasps the horns of the Goat, which is gallopping across the night. The woman is naked, though not detailed heavily, her hair flying in the wind behind her. The Goat is heavily covered in fur...it too flies in the wind. The pin is done primarily in grey / silver, with a silver metal.

 

The pin measures a large 2 1/4" (56 mm) wide by 1 1/8" (39 mm) tall as measured from the position of the pin as mounted on the framed set. The backstamp has the Disney Catalog logo, plus "Limited Edition 1500, © Disney, China."
