This pin from the boxed set shows 2 pirates dunking the Mayor in a well. The bearded pirate on the left has a sword/cutlass in his right hand, and is wearing a maroon coat and hat, and brown gloves. The pirate on the right is pulling the rope and pulley, and has on a gray shirt and grey pants with a red sash. The Mayor is spitting out water from the well, and there is a small, brown wooden keg on the side of the well. The Mayor and pirate holding the rope are layered behind the well and pirate on the left.
