Jiminy Cricket from the "Countdown To The Millennium" series. More than likely a prototype for pin #395. All gold in color and the same as the colored pin in the series, Except it has 88 of 101 instead of #83 of 101 on the back. (The difference in the #'s on the back is that they probably did not know what #'s would be on the pins when the series was finally released).
