This is a great pin. It is like # 852 but smaller in size and better quaility. It is uncoated and is flat. A promotional pin it measures 7/8" by 3/8". Back reads Disney. Disney Cruise Line.

 

Also similar to 4762. The difference between this one and that one is 4762 has curving ends that stick out just a tad while this one is completely flat.
