This pin is a tie tack and it's a service award pin received after 5 years as a member of the Crisis Management Team. The Walt Disney crisis management team works together during a crisis to assure the safety of their guests and employees. It is only given to employees who have been on the team for 5 years.

It is frosted white with a silver etching sketch of Mickey Mouse in his firefighter uniform. It says "Crisis Management" at the top, and "5 Years" at the bottom.

It is 1" tall and 3/4" wide.
