She is wearing a red skirt with white polka dots, white bloomers, a red hat with a flower, yellow mittens, and yellow ice skates with silver blades. There is a church or chapel in the background.

 

This silver metal pin is approximately 1 3/4 inches high by 1 3/4 inches wide.
