Front Description
Jack Skellington and friends enjoy the advantages of the afterlife on this fantastic black metal character pin, a Disney Auctions exclusive in a limited edition of 100 oversize pins. Inspired by Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, this hypnotic collectible is based on an original ceramic charger plate design created by renowned artist Elisabete Gomes, who hand signed the back of the pin.
SIZE: approx. 2.5" diameter
MATERIALS: base metal, hard enamel
Black-finished, two posts. Posts are aligned vertically and centered on the back of the pin, 3/8 inches down from the top and up from the bottom.
The gavels are 1/4 inch long, and they are in rows placed diagonally from left to right (left size being lower), across the back of the pin everyplace - except - where the large box containing the copyright information is located.
The copyright box is 1/2 inch H and 1 5/16 inch W and contains the following 6 lines of copyright information, the text of each line is centered in the box:
© Disney
© Touchstone

There is enough space at the bottom of the copyright box so that another line of text could have been included, but wasn't. In addition the font size of the LE 100 line is about twice as big as the font size used in the other lines and the text in the LE 100 line extends the width of the box.
The hologram is between the top of the copyright box and the top post, but closer to the copyright box.
The hand-drawn signature is in gold ink, and to the right of both the top post and halogram, with the large E on the left, nearest the post and halogram, and the rest of the signature extending right out to the edge of the pin.
The 75 of these pins what were sold in as part of the six-pin set, Pin 47868: Disney Auctions - Elisabete Gomes Series (Set of 6), came on a large DA card with SKU of the set, DA26939, on a sticker in the lower right hand corner of the back of the card. The 25 pins that were sold individually came with a different unique SKU number on the back of their card, which may have been DA26934. Note the latter is within 7 of the former. This is because the 25 individual pins each had a unique SKU, but the six numbers were in sequence, and the SKU of the set was on either side of the series of SKUs of the individual pin.
