This Open Edition pin features Chip and Dale as the scale of good vs. evil. Chip and Dale are a dangle and the scale is hinged. Chip and Dale are in jack o'lanterns/pumpkins being weighed by a scale with a skull and crossbones at the top. At the bottom of the scale is a sign surrounded by bones that says "Happy Halloween". Chip is dressed up as an Angel and Dale is a little red devil.
