Pumpkin King Jack Skellington offers his beloved Sally a red rose on this romantic gold-finished pin prototype, which preceded a limited edition 250 black-metal pins inspired by Touchstone Pictures' 1993 animated feature "Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas." Developed exclusively for Disney's Purchase It Now Store at DisneyAuctions.com, only four of these gold-finished prototype pins were produced.
MATERIALS: hard enamel.
Sally is kneeling in front of a tombstone, dressed in her customary colorful patchwork dress, gazing as Jack steps out from behind the headstone to give her the flower. A grey/gray brick gateway surrounds the pair, with a skull in the top arch. A spider and its web are inside the top of the archway. There are 3 spikes on each side of the skull arch.
