Mickey Mouse appears on the SpectroMagic Parade float in this Open Edition pin. The colorful background behind Mickey is a spinner. The round background is red, blue yellow and gold. You can see the colors through small circle cut-outs in the top layer of the spinner. Mickey Mouse wears a glitter red cape and looks into a crystal ball with sparks in it.
