Developed exclusively by Disney Auctions for the Purchase It Now Store at DisneyAuctions.com, only four of these silver-finished prototypes were produced.

From description of pin 26263:
Donald Duck is hammering the first head of a rocking horse on. Goofy is putting a second head on what will end up a two headed rocking horse. Goofy and Donald are both wearing red Santa's hats and holding hammers. There is a blue box of nails next to Goofy's foot. At the bottom is a gold banner that reads Santa's Helpers.
