This pin is 0.8" x 0.8".It has a flashy light green background and DLRP castle can be seen in gold with gold fireworks in the sky. The pin is outlined in gold.

 

You can only get the pin as a gift when you do the Hortitour which is basically a guided tour of Disneyland Park with a CM from the Horticulture team that works in the park.
