Goofy struggles to stay on the ladder as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck race to get him in position on this humorous black-metal pin prototype, which preceded a limited edition of 100 oversize gold-finished collector's pins in a series saluting "our nation's bravest," the firefighters. Developed exclusively by Disney Auctions, only four of these black-metal prototypes were produced.
Goofy is hanging off the top of the ladder by one leg. The background is a white oval.
