J. Thaddeus Toad races his newfangled motor car through the corridors of Toad Hall on this adventurous black-metal pin prototype, which preceded a limited edition of 100 gold-finished pins in a collection of postcard-inspired oversize pins paying tribute to memorable locations throughout the Disney kingdom. Developed exclusively by Disney Auctions, only four of these black-metal prototypes were produced.
MATERIALS: hard enamel.
This rectangular pin has Mr. Toad driving his red automobile down the green staircase of his mansion, knocking over a flower vase. The text on the pin reads, "I took a wrong turn at... Toad Hall", in yellow letters.
SIZE: approx. 1.75" H x 2.5" W.
