This is a Reedy Creek Cast Member Nametag (Name badge) This nametag is white, with a blue border and the Reedy Creek Improvment District logo. Reedy Creek is the name of the improvment district that Disney created to supply services (water, electricity, emergency services etc.) to the Walt Disney World Resort. This is similar to Pin 44744, but there is not a half circle on the top. The pin is oval in shape.
