This is a round light blue pin w/gold writing. It says 1998 Worldwide Convention, Orlando, FL. March 16-20. Snow White is pictured on top with dwarfs going down to form the circle. In the center is the McDonald's logo.
This was given out for the Worldwide Convention of McDonald's Owner/Operators held at the Walt Disney World Resort. There are two other versions the White: 3779 and green: 48358
