This pin features Mickey Mouse in the Disney Pin Trading Logo on a Mickey head shaped pin. Behind the logo is the icon for Disney Cruise Line. The pin says Disney Pin Trading Around the World
It is part of a eight-pin Logo Collection.
This pin was released onboard the Disney Cruise Line ships in September 2006 as a $1 purchase with the purchase of four pins. Back of pin is stamped "Hidden Mickey Pin / 5 of 8".
This special promotion started on August 17, 2006 on the Disney Wonder® Ship and on Sunday, August 20, 2006 on the Disney Magic® Ship.
According to WDW's Steven Miller, the Series 4 logo pins will be released as purchase with purchase pins sometime in 2007, due to the success of the Series 1 PWP promotion. Release details for the other seven pins are currently being finalized.
Fake note: Look at "Around the World" on the bottom side of the red inner border. The type is clear and proper-looking on the real one. It's a mess on the fakes.
